ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ivory Black reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free tracked and signed delivery on all orders, worldwide.
International orders are sent via courier, which generally takes between 7-14 business days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, which usually takes between 2-4 business days. Please bear in mind that international orders may incur duties and taxes, payable by the customer. Please bear in mind that estimated delivery times are estimates only. We will not be accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
You may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value, and the destination of that order. We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from country to country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs. Failure to do so could cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Because your dress is handmade just for you and to your dress size, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that both fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not meet your expectations, or has a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered. We therefore recommend that you take your dress out of its packaging as soon as it arrives.
Return postage costs will be payable by the customer. If you'd like us to make amendments to your dress rather than entrusting the task to a local tailor or seamstress (who should be able to complete amendments satisfactorily), you will need to send us updated measurements before the dress is returned. Any dress being returned to Ivory Black must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in the condition that it arrived.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of placing your order with us.
If you need to cancel your order after the 14 day cooling off period, we will only provide a refund if your seamstress or tailor hasn't started making your dress. Cancellations of this kind will incur a £250 cancellation fee (deducted from your refund) to cover administration costs, pre-production, pattern preparation, and other costs associated with your order.
In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not meet your expectations, or has a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to discuss amendments.
LIABILITY
Ivory Black, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this website, is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or to anyone else for lany loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of our negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this website or the products sold on it.
