HOW TO SUBMIT ARTICLE IDEAS
Submissions to Ivory Black should focus on the theme of 'alternative weddings and bridal wear'. They should demonstrate a progressive, liberal outlook, and use language appropriate to that view (e.g., don't use the word 'groom', use the word 'partner').
Competitor products can not be mentioned in articles submitted for consideration to Ivory Black. However, topics beyond products are permitted (such as wedding venues, wedding guidance, historical traditions, etc.).
Submissions should consist of an article idea along with a 50 word synopsis that explains the core concept. You can submit as many article ideas as you like. Analytical information or data to support your article ideas would also be welcomed.
If our creative team finds an article interesting, they will request an initial draft copy, which will then be edited by our in-house editorial team. The editorial process will be collaborative, and any changes made by our editorial team will be explained in detail. Articles that successfully pass through the initial selection and editorial stage will be added to our publishing schedule. There is no payment for successful articles (at this time), however we will add you to our author list and you are free to use Ivory Black as a reference for future employment. We hold the copyright on any articles we publish, and articles published on Ivory Black cannot be published elsewhere.
When submitting titles, please also include a clear image of yourself that we can use as your author profile if you are successful.
You will receive a response within 10 working days (when possible) from the date that we receive your email submissions.

HOW TO SUBMIT BRIDAL PHOTOS
If you’ve worn an Ivory Black dress to your wedding or to an event, we’d love to see your photos.
Through our enquiry form, tell us a little bit about yourself, the event you attended, and what you wore. We’ll get back to you ASAP and if we love what we hear, we’ll ask for photos and permission to publish them on our website and our social media platforms. You will retain full copyright of any images we use.
