HOW LONG WILL MY DRESS TAKE TO MAKE?

All gowns have a minimum 3 month turn-around time.

Please order as far in advance of your wedding date as possible to avoid disappointment.

We may be prepared to take on an order that requires a faster turn-around time, depending on our current order schedule. Please enquire if this is the case.

HOW DO I PROVIDE MY MEASUREMENTS?

When you order, we'll send you our online fitting guide so you (or a friend) can take your measurements.

We’ll help you throughout this process to ensure that all measurements are correct.

If you need us to walk you through, we can set up a call or Skype meeting.

CAN I ARRANGE A CONSULTATION?

We can take appointments over the phone or via Skype if you'd like to chat about your order before you buy. We can only offer physical appointments for bespoke orders; and even then, only in the UK.

DO YOU TAKE BESPOKE ORDERS FOR WEDDING DRESSES?

If you love our style but want something different and unique, our Lead Designer will be happy to help.

We accept all types of custom wedding dress orders. As with our standard gowns, turn around time is usually 3 months. However, this could be longer depending on the complexity of your bespoke wedding gown.

Please bear in mind that if our production calendar is full we may decline your bespoke order.

HOW LONG WILL MY DRESS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

International orders are sent via courier, which generally takes between 7-14 business days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, which usually takes between 2-4 business days.

We’ll email you with your unique tracking number once we’ve shipped your dress.

Please bear in mind that international orders may incur duties and taxes, for which you’ll have to pay at collection. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value, and the destination of that order. We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from country to country.

ARE ALL YOUR DRESSES MADE IN ENGLAND?

They are indeed!

Unlike many other online bridal stores, we don’t ship our wedding dresses in from China. Everything we sell has been made in England at the hands of our masterful designers, tailors, and seamstresses.

Because of this, all our wedding gowns are high quality and are built to last. We even source our fabrics and tools in the UK.

CAN I RETURN MY DRESS?

Because your dress is handmade just for you and to your dress size, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that both fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard before being shipped to you. In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not meet your expectations, or has a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

We therefore recommend that you take your dress out of its packaging and try it on as soon as it arrives.

Return postage costs will be payable by the customer. If you'd like us to make amendments to your dress rather than entrusting the task to a local tailor or seamstress (which should always be within their capabilities), you will need to send us updated measurements before the dress is returned. Any dress being returned to Ivory Black must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in the condition that it arrived.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of placing your order with us.

If you need to cancel your order after the 14 day cooling off period, we will only provide a refund if your seamstress or tailor hasn't started making your dress. Cancellations of this kind will incur a £250 cancellation fee (deducted from your refund) to cover administration costs, pre-production, pattern preparation, and other costs associated with your order.

In the unlikely circumstance that your dress does not meet your expectations, or has a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to discuss amendments.
